Realme C15 was announced on July 28th 2020 and has been available since then. The phone comes packed with an array of impressive features and specifications and one of the best things about it is the fact that it is a budget gaming smartphone just like its other siblings in the lineup. It is a gaming smartphone, in the budget segment and it is undoubtedly one of the fine options for anyone who is looking for an affordable and powerful gaming phone in a budget.
A good gaming phone needs a combination of quite a few features and Realme has managed to check them all for its consumers. Starting with the display, it flaunts a 6.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720x 1600 pixels. The phone is powered by octa core (2 x 2.3 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6 x 1.7 GHz Cortex-A55) MediaTek Helio G35 gaming chipset. Realme C15 comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The phone runs Android 10 and is powered by a mega massive battery of 6000mAh battery that also supports 18W fast charging. Realme is touting the Realme C15 battery as the USP of the smartphones and also something that sets it apart from another C-series phone.
Moving on the cameras; Realme C15 packs a combination of 13-megapixel primary camera with a f/2.2 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with a f/2.25 aperture; a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a fourth 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture on the rear along with autofocus. The phone on the front flaunts an 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Realme C15 runs Realme UI based on Android 10, as mentioned earlier. It packs 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be further expanded via microSD card with a dedicated slot. The Realme C15 is a dual-SIM cards. As far as the dimensions of the phone is concerned, Realme C15 measures 164.50 x 75.90 x 9.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 209.00 grams. There are two color variants available for this phone; Marine Blue and Seagull Silver.
Connectivity options on the Realme C15 include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, Micro-USB, 3G and 4G. A few of the sensors that are included in the phone are; accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and fingerprint scanner. The price of the Realme C15 is set at ZAR2277 which is pretty decent and quite affordable.
